Refunds
All items purchased are produced to order (on-demand), so all items are final sale. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes all sales at any point, including but not limited to holiday sales, flash sales, discounted items and items purchased using sale codes.
If there is a production issue and an item are deemed defective, your order may be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
Requests for exchanges, reports of errors or damaged items, or any other requests for order changes must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is no eligibility for return or replacement of defective items after 3 business days of delivery date as indicated by our shipping confirmation.
To be eligible for a return or replacement of a defective item, your item must still be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable). Signs of wear will void the eligibility for a return of a defective item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request for return or replacement of a defective item is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this return policy. Many other items that cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds or Replacement of Defective Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or replacement of the defective items was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hiyadarlincustsvc@fmail.com. This email address is only monitored for customer service regarding defective items.
If refund or replacement of the defective item is not approved, Hiya Darlin' may consider an adjustments via store credit in the form of a Hiya Darlin' E-Gift Card. Credits are processed within 7-10 business days of your item(s) delivery to us. This type of exceptions is not guaranteed and is based on communication with customer, inventory, current shipping times, and availability of limited release and exclusive items. Worn items are not eligible for this adjustment.
